Within the framework of its green principles, ASELSAN actively works on water management, waste management, sustainable packing, packaging and product production, recycling management, improves and develops its processes, and establishes collaborations specific to the scope in order to bring the nature to cleaner and more livable conditions through climate change studies.
ASELSAN orange principles aim to improve the working conditions of ASELSAN employees and the communities where ASELSAN campuses are located and to create solutions for socio-economic issues.
Within the framework of our Human Rights Policy, ASELSAN strives to be an organization free from discrimination, harassment and disrespect based on religion, language, race, national origin, ethnic origin, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, political opinion or other status protected by applicable laws. Regardless of personal characteristics and status, ASELSAN does not tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, unfair treatment or any form of retaliation. ASELSAN carries out corporate volunteering activities for future generations under the Techno Adventure platform established within ASELSAN. In this context, studies are carried out to ensure that future generations actively use technology, to provide access to reliable and free resources, and aim to familiarize young people with technological literacy.
